These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply to you while you use the Site(s). The Site(s) may be subject to additional commercial terms (e.g. license agreements, invoices) of which will be provided at the time of purchase. By accessing or using the Site(s) and by registering as a user or creating a user account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and that you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms. The Terms and our Privacy Policy form a legally binding agreement between you and RW, and are the rules about your access and use, and our provision, of the Site(s) and any other technology, content, items, or other materials provided by or through the Site(s). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE(S).

These Terms may be changed, modified, revised, and added to at any time without notice to you (“Updates”) by posting to the Site(s). If you continue to use any of the Site(s) after we make Updates, you have agreed to the Updates. Who Can Use the Site(s)

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, translating, preparing derivative works based on, or otherwise modifying the Site(s), in whole or in part;
• Removing, obscuring, or modifying any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices, marks, or labels contained on or within the Site(s) or from Site(s) assets (e.g. photos), falsifying or deleting any author attributions, legal notices, or other labels of the origin or source of the material (watermarked photos are available for temporary use through the “My Lightbox” feature on the Site(s) for book cover mockup purposes only);
• Downloading, taking screenshots, or using Site(s) assets without permission or payment;
• Misrepresenting the source of ownership of the Site(s) or any Service(s) on the Site(s); and
• Conducting any other activity that might be considered illegal including “hacking” the Site(s), infringing the intellectual property or other rights of third parties, or otherwise using the Site(s) for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

Third Party Services and Content

The Site(s) may include third party products and services (or links to third party products and services) from people or companies that are not within our control. You assume all risks and possible harm that you might experience when using those products or services. We may also link to other websites. We have no control over the websites that we link to, and we are not responsible for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from those websites. Those websites will have their own terms of use and privacy policies that you must comply with. To access our social media channels, you may need to register for an account with the social media provider, subject to their own policies.

Purchasing on the Site(s)

You may have the opportunity to purchase Service(s) via the Site(s).

You will need to provide certain personal information so we can fulfill your purchase order. In most cases, all of this information is processed by trusted third-party service providers. Some information may be given to us by such third party, for example, any information needed to complete your order. We only retain information for as long as it is needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our Service(s) to any person or geographic location. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site(s).

NO RETURNS/REFUNDS

We hope you love your Services and that you always have a good experience with our brand. However, due to the digital nature and instant access of our Services, WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF SERVICES ORDERED ON THE SITE(S).
